Birthday Party!!

We had a small party at Grandma and Papa's house.  Since last year was on the larger side, Mommy and Daddy wanted to keep it to a few family members and close friends.  We napped on the way to there and woke up and started partying!

I played with some balloons!

Playing with more balloons in the kitchen.

Playing outside with a gift from Grandma and Papa, a water and sand toy!  And it only took 3 minutes for us to dump the sand into the water.

Alex loves Grandma's clam dip!!

Gigi read me a book while I sat in her lap!

We got a real pickup truck and fire truck from Gigi and Pappa!  And they have a horn and bell too!

Alex grabbed the pick up and started driving.

Me in my firetruck!

Alex already looking behind him as he backs up!

Here I am in the firetruck...

And here I am in the pickup!  We switched cars!

Alex in the firetruck!

We weren't too happy to have to leave them and go back inside, but we heard there was cake!

Blowing out the candles!

We opened lots of presents and stayed up way past our bedtime, but we only turn 2 once!

TWO!!!

We turned TWO!!  Yes, it was last month and we're behind on the blog, but here's our birthday pictures!

Mommy and Daddy took us out to breakfast with Nanay. But when we got back, they gave us presents!

Jacob's opening it, but I saw the train first!

Daddy helps us put together the tracks, and we each have a train to play with!

Then Daddy took us into our room and shut the door, and when we came out, we went right back to playing with our trains.  A couple of minutes later, we noticed that there were bikes!!  And they were for us.

Jacob had to out his train in his bike.  Then he put the magnets off of the fridge into mine.

And like any typical kid, we got bikes and had to go outside!

And below, is one of the few pictures of the both of us together on our birthday!

Next up, birthday party!

Our First A's Game!!

We finally went to our first A's game!!  We left early in the morning to get there early to watch people tailgate.  We took our lunch that way we could eat while we waited to go inside.    We got to eat Nachos, some of Mommy's linguica and Daddy's hot dog, oranges (that Mommy brought with us), but we didn't want any of that fluffy pick stuff Mommy calls Cotton Candy.  We didn't weigh enough to hold down the seats, which didn't matter since we spent more time just walking between Mommy and Daddy.  Jacob finally figured out that he could sit on the blanket and not have the seat snap up.  The A's were losing so we left after the 7th inning.  They sang "Take me out the the Ballgame" and that was cool!

Here's some pictures!

Alex checking out the ball park!

Alex liked the stairs, but then the vendors started coming.

Here I am giving back the Cotton Candy to Mommy.

Gee, this is a good picture of myself!

Can you see the nacho cheese on his face!  He'd dip one, bite it and put it back.

Me and me nose!

Alex with Mommy, again!

And we're done!

That was fun, I wonder when we can do that again!?

Easter Eggs!

We got to dye eggs!  It's only our second Easter, but it's the first one that we got to dye eggs.  Mommy put down a bunch of towels and sheets and let us go!  Alex thought you had to put them all in one cup, so Mommy showed him that he could use different ones.  Alex also thought that you could use the spoon to take the water from one cup and out it in another cup.  Mommy did some explaining and helping.  And after the five minutes it took to dye the eggs, then they let us play with the spoons and colors!  That lasted longer than doing the eggs. Here's a couple of pictures to document the event.

All done!

Water

Guess who's posting?!?!?!  We're back, hopefully for more than a minute.  We've been busy, and Mommy and Daddy have new buiser jobs so it's hard for them to keep up with taking and uploading pictures for us.

A few weeks ago Mommy let us play in the water that was outside.   I guess we were being cute, soshe ran in to get the camera and let us do what we want (within reason, and we know to listen, otherwise we have to inside and we certainly like the outdoors!).

Anyways here's the pictures.  Enjoy!

Before we knew it, it was dinner time and we had to go in, but since we were soaked, we had to take our pants off outside, hopefully the neighbors didn't see us!

Valentines Day

Valentine's was last month, and Grandma and Grandpa had given Mommy presents for us to open.  And we did, but we also like to put the gift bags on our heads! Can you guess who's who?

Alex is in the blue pajamas and I'm in the white ones!

Mommy had gotten us shirts to wear and had Daddy get our pictures in them.  Now that we know what the camera does, we like to see the picture after they take one.  These are probably the best of them.  And of course, Alex didn't make it to nap time and fell asleep on the floor!
